His professional background is rooted in medicine, serving as an Ophthalmologist and cataract surgeon. Since 2007, he has been the owner and operator of Rockingham Eye Physicians, where he has honed his skills in providing exceptional patient care and running a successful medical practice.
Since 1994, Andrew has consistently pursued challenges in the fitness industry, competing in multiple triathlons, including two Ironman races, as well as road and mountain bike competitions. His accomplishments also include participation in a bodybuilding show and a powerlifting competition. He remains committed to his fitness routine, continuing to lift weights five days a week.

This experience instilled in him a dedication to innovation and precision—qualities he now applies to enhancing men’s healthcare in underserved rural communities.
Since 2011, he has pursued amateur bodybuilding, competing in numerous shows and achieving first-place wins in novice and masters divisions. This personal journey underscores his belief in the power of growth through challenge and stepping outside of one’s comfort zone—a philosophy that guides both his personal and professional life.

Tracy began her career as a registered nurse in 1998, specializing in pediatrics while supporting her husband, Dr. Richard Seefried of Rockingham Eye Physicians, as he completed medical school and residency. In 2005, she relocated to Harrisonburg, VA, where she served as the Home Health Liaison at Rockingham Memorial Hospital and volunteered as a nurse at the now Blue Ridge Free Clinic.
Balancing her nursing career with her passion for health and fitness, Tracy also worked as a personal trainer, driven by her dedication to wellness and nutrition. As her children entered middle school, she pursued a master’s degree at James Madison University, graduating in 2019 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. After starting her practice in Primary Care, she transitioned to aesthetics and medical weight loss in 2022, bringing her holistic approach to help patients achieve their best selves—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
In her free time, Tracy enjoys traveling with her husband and their two college-aged children, staying active with workouts, and unwinding by the fire.

Jenny has 17 years of experience in the healthcare field. She began her career as a registered nurse in the ICU and then transitioned to the Emergency Department. She graduated in 2019 from James Madison University with a Master of Science degree in Nursing with a focus in Family Nurse Practitioner. Since graduation, she has worked in the family medicine, emergency department and urgent care settings. She has recently become certified in testosterone replacement therapy and weight loss medicine. Jenny has a passion for physical fitness and holistic well-being and translates this passion into the care she provides for her patients in helping them reach their healthcare goals.
Outside of work Jenny enjoys spending time at home with her husband and three young girls, where they own and operate a farm raising livestock. Her husband shares her passion for physical fitness, and they make it a priority to work out every day.

Juliana served in the Air Force for five years, where she specialized in nondestructive inspection, playing a crucial role in maintaining bomber and cargo aircraft. This experience not only honed her technical skills but also instilled a strong sense of discipline and teamwork. Currently, Juliana is pursuing a degree in business administration with a concentration in project management. In her free time, she enjoys staying active at the gym, expressing creativity through painting, and cherishing moments with her dog and husband. With a passion for both personal and professional growth, Juliana is dedicated to making a positive impact in every endeavor.

Jacob is a recent JMU graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a strong foundation in technology and IT systems. With experience across various aspects of computing, he enjoys solving complex technical challenges and developing innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and address real-world problems. Outside of work, Jacob is passionate about percussion and music, as well as staying active through pickleball, skiing, and engaging in Esports.

Isaac is a soon to be FSU graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies. In his college career so far, he has enjoyed taking classes in communication, marketing, economics, psychology, and health education. With a background in conflict resolution, leadership, and teaching, he has spent years refining his ability to listen actively, mediate disputes, and create inclusive environments. Whether in professional settings or community initiatives, Isaac’s ability to navigate complex interactions with empathy and clarity sets him apart as a leader in effective communication. During his free time, Isaac enjoys weightlifting, spending time with friends and family, golf, and cheering for Pittsburg’s sports teams.
